If you would like to make a compliment or complaint about something in relation to the service that our organisation provides, please fill in the required fields. If you would like to speak to someone about the issue, feel free to make an appointment with the manager. Please be assured that we want your feedback and that if you make a complaint it will not jeopardise your right to receive the best quality of service that we can provide! and if you would like information about our complaints process we would be happy to send it to you.

If you make a complaint you should receive a reply from us within one week however we can only contact you if you tell us your contact details.
Please include as many details as possible, including the names of any staff involved
